Clariness is looking for a Proposal Manager (f/md/) based in Germany, UK, Serbia or US.: - Full-time; unlimited - About the role: This role supports the successful development of proposals and contracts that enable clinical trial projects to move forward efficiently and compliantly. You will work closely with Business Development, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure proposals, budgets, and contracts are accurate, aligned, and delivered on time. As a Proposal Manager, you would be responsible for: - Acting as primary contact for proposals and manage related communication and documentation. - Proposal preparation and controlling the proposal processes for potential new customers and existing customers in coordination with the other business units, especially Business Development and Project Management. - Determinizing and analyzing offer parameters and conditions, preparing presentations as a basis for decisions. - Creating, updating and optimizing comprehensive and accurate proposals that reflect Clariness and client needs while also staying on top of the Request For Information (RFI) and the Request For Proposal (RFP) processes. - Designing creative and winning project s...
