Manhattan Strategy Group (MSG), a rapidly growing management consulting firm, is seeking a Business Development Analyst to lead capture efforts for high growth/priority areas for the firm. We are seeking qualified candidates with prior experience driving the entire capture lifecycle from opportunity identification through proposal submission. Ideal candidates will be highly experienced in developing pipelines, opportunity identification, and shaping and positioning activities leading to the successful capture of opportunism.MSG provides consulting services across the federal government in the areas of training and technical assistance, research and evaluation, marketing and communications, program management, and technology and digital services. Our federal clients include the U.S. Departments of Education, Health and Human Services, Agriculture, Labor, and Justice. This position follows a hybrid schedule, with onsite work in our Bethesda, Maryland office Tuesday–Thursday and remote work on Mondays and Fridays.
