Schedule: - Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri 2p-Close - Weekend, holiday and call rotation required Job Description Summary: Performs diagnostic imaging examinations on pediatric patients, ensuring the production of quality diagnostic images. Job Description: Essential Functions: - Prepares pediatric patients for radiologic procedures by explaining the process and ensuring their comfort and safety. - Operates radiologic equipment to capture images of pediatric patients' internal organs and structures. - Reviews images to ensure they meet quality standards and are suitable for diagnostic purposes. - Maintains accurate patient records and ensures patient confidentiality. - Collaborates other healthcare professionals to coordinate proper patient care. - Maintains and updates knowledge of radiologic technology and safety procedures to ensure the highest level of patient care. Education Requirement: Graduate of an accredited educational program for Radiologic Technology, required. Certifications: CPR certification, required.
