Manufacturing Environment | Leadership Opportunity | Capital Projects | Continuous Improvement We are seeking a hands-on, strategic Maintenance & Engineering Manager to lead maintenance, engineering, reliability, and capital project initiatives within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is critical to ensuring equipment reliability, reducing downtime, improving plant performance, and driving continuous improvement across the facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong technical leader who enjoys partnering with Operations, leading teams, improving processes, and making a direct impact on manufacturing performance.
