Salary Range is $145,000+: DaVita is pioneering a new approach to primary care for patients with end-stage renal disease (ESKD) directly within our dialysis centers. We're seeking a highly motivated and innovative Nurse Practitioner to be our founding NP , helping us build and shape this groundbreaking program. It is estimated that 30-50% of patients with renal failure do not receive consistent primary care support, resulting in increased morbidity, hospitalizations, and mortality. This program will address the care barriers kidney patients face: Brin g ing care to the patient: Patients receive care in the health setting they spend the most time in: the dialysis unit.
