Position Details: As part of the Intake team, you will report to the Patient Experience Manager. You will act as the first point of contact for families seeking clinical services. You will answer inquiries, provide information about the practice, and schedule appointments with members of the clinical team. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in ensuring families relate to the appropriate resources and support to meet their needs. This is an non-exempt, full-time, position that requires a minimum of four (4) days per week in the office, a schedule determined by your supervisor.
