About the Role: We’re seeking an experienced Verification & Validation Engineer to lead end-to-end product verification and validation across the development lifecycle. This is a hands-on, technical role responsible for defining verification strategies, leading complex test programs, and ensuring products meet functional, performance, reliability and regulatory requirements before release. Working closely with hardware and firmware teams, you’ll provide independent technical judgment, strengthen product quality, and drive evidence-based validation outcomes, with a strong focus on practical hardware and power electronics validation.
