About the role: We are seeking a Real Estate Program Coordinator to partner with Anthropic's Global Head of Real Estate & Workplace. This is a high-impact, execution-focused role that keeps Anthropic's rapidly growing global real estate portfolio moving. The Coordinator owns the tactical workstreams behind every new office and every active transaction: initial security deposit and first-month rent wire transfers, monthly rent PO setup with AP, Letters of Credit, and the day-to-day triage of activity coming from our broker team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-obsessed, comfortable juggling many concurrent workstreams across global time zones, and brings a strong service mindset paired with crisp written communication.
