Corewell Health is offering up to $20,000 as a sign on bonus for this opportunity! About the Unit: This unit is an 8-bed Intensive Care and Progressive Care Unit. The patient population will include adult patients who require ICU or PCU level care. RNs will care for patients requiring ventilator support, Central lines, arterial lines, vasopressors, inotrope drips, high alert drips, intra-aortic balloon pumps, chest tubes, and more. Nurse to patient ratio 1:2 for regular ICU patients, high acute 1:1; PCU ratio 1: 3 or 4 depending upon acuity/situation.
