Job Title Service Support Admin Job Description: Service Support Administrator: Role Purpose: This role is established to address a growing operational gap in service coordination, governance, and accountability across service contracts. With increasing service volumes, dependencies, and compliance requirements, key administrative and coordination activities are currently being absorbed by technical teams, impacting efficiency and service quality. The Service Support Administrator will provide dedicated ownership of service administration processes, ensuring consistent handling of service requests, reporting, vendor coordination, and compliance activities. The role will strengthen operational control, improve service reliability and user experience, and reduce risks associated with delays, escalations, and rework. About the Role: As a Service Support Administrator, you will support the day-to-day administrative activities within the service contract environment.
