Position Summary The Faculty Affairs Administrator in the Office of Faculty Affairs is responsible for administering and maintaining faculty data and records, including related software and database systems. Provides administrative support to the Office of Faculty Affairs including faculty recruitment, hiring, appointment, reappointment, promotion, tenure, leave, sabbatical, and retirement, as well as faculty career development, faculty assessment, and faculty awards and recognition. Provides logistical support for events in the Office of Faculty Affairs, including training and recognition events and supervise student workers. Qualifications: Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related area Required Experience: 2+ years Experience in working in human resources, faculty affairs or higher education, supervision, data management, managing budgets or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Experience: 2+ years Experience in a large, highly selective college or university or in a non-profit organization and working with Faculty.
