Position: Engineering Lab Support Number of Position(s): 1: Duration: 4 Months+: Date: - ( Fall Term Sept 8th - Dec 18th, 2026) Location: In office at 600 March Rd. Ottawa, Canada. EDUCATIONAL RECOMMENDATIONS: Currently enrolled candidate for, Diploma in Engineering or Computer Science or related field with an accredited school in Canada. As a part of our team, you will: - Set-up and configure any new routers, servers, or storage within functional and cloud based labs. - Introduce new products and technologies into R&D labs. - Provide appropriate level of training to designers and testers on lab environment and equipment. - Troubleshoot and debug node configurations. - Light to medium lab moves. - Software installations, system configurations, restoring and backing up databases. - Installation and configuration of new equipment into existing networks. - Understanding of common Redhat/Ubuntu/Centos operations such as managing users, installing packages, cron jobs, disk/partitioning, etc . - Strong interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills are required - The candidate must be able to successfully work in a team-oriented environment - Demonstrated ability to lea...
