Job Summary: The Financial Analyst II role is an intermediate-level role responsible for complex financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting tasks. This role provides decision support to departments and participates in capital needs assessments. Requirements: Education - Prepare and analyze departmental budgets and forecasts; recommend adjustments. - Develop and maintain cost accounting models for service lines. - Create detailed proformas for capital projects and new initiatives. - Perform financial impact analyses for operational changes and strategic decisions. - Generate and present reports to department leaders and finance leadership. - Act as a resource for department managers on financial performance and budgeting. - Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Required - Master’s degree Preferred Work Experience: - Minimum of two years' relevant experience in financial analysis (healthcare experience strongly preferred).
