Senior Technician - Audio Visual

Our Audio-Visual team focuses on designing, installing, and maintaining complex AV solutions for our clients. As a Lead AV Technician with Paladin Technologies, you will be responsible for reviewing, understanding, analyzing, and implementing installation plans from our Design, Sales, and Project Management Team. Reporting into a Project Manager or Foreman, you will be responsible for mentoring and supervising junior Technicians. This position requires the ability and technical knowledge to complete installations, understand the BOM, and be capable of adjusting as needed to meet client satisfaction. Ideal candidates will represent Paladin in a professional manner that aligns with our values of leadership mindset, people development, team, and client-focused. A typical day could see you working on a variety of commercial installations including, hospitals, airports, corporate offices, and casinos to name just a few.
