JOB SUMMARY: Peer Advisor Coordinators provide leadership and mentorship to the Peer Advisor team while continuing to support first-year students. Coordinators serve as role models, guide a group of Peer Advisors, ensure timely communication and documentation, and promote a strong, connected team culture through regular check-ins and community-building efforts. Coordinators are expected to lead as servant leaders and team players, approaching their work with empathy, accountability, and a shared commitment to advancing the mission of the program with excellence. This is a paid student leadership position offering up to 20 hours per week during the academic year, with opportunities to strengthen supervision, communication, and program leadership skills. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as a model of leadership through professional communication, accountability, and respectful interactions with students, staff, and faculty.
