The Opportunity: We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Governance Officer to join our Legal Team on a full-time basis in Rhodes with hybrid work options (3 days in the office, 2 days from home). Reporting directly to the Governance Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring that Frasers Property Australia meets its corporate legal and governance obligations across the Australian subsidiary group. You will be instrumental in managing the corporate secretariat functions for all wholly and partly owned subsidiary companies, trusts, and joint ventures. What you’ll do: Corporate Filings & Records: Manage corporate records and filings (including ASIC and GEMS) for all entities.
