Analyst - Accounts Payable

Job description

As an Accounts Payable Analyst, you will perform support tasks and activities in the accounts payable function. You will validate supplier invoices to system purchase orders to make sure our suppliers are paid timely. Additionally, you will perform a match between the supplier invoice and system generated PO, ensuring that all approvals are given and procedures are followed. You will maintain invoice and other transaction records and work directly with vendors and internal personnel on statements, past due balances and discrepancies. Responsibilities: Qualifications: This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements. For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents.
