Pricing Associate Job Description Reports to: Pricing Manager: Position Summary: The Pricing Associate is responsible for performing market research on both retail and wholesale pricing. This role works cross functionally across the organization to review and maintain accurate product pricing. Supervisory Responsibilities: The position does not have supervisory responsibility. Education/Experience/Qualifications: - Compile market research. - Identify potential pricing issues. - Review new price files before they are entered into the system to ensure we are using the correct information for cost, base, retail, MAP, etc. - Review new product additions. - Create, delete, and update quantity pricing records. - Confirm correct part status for old and new product. - Identify and collaborate to resolve pricing and margin issues. - Promote and maintain a clean and safe work environment by complying with procedures, policies, training, and regulations. - Participate in continuous improvement project team activities. - Other duties as assigned. - High School diploma or GED required, associate or bachelor’s degree, preferred.
