Coldwell Banker Realty Hawaii is seeking an Administrative Manager. The Administrative Manager oversees the general administration and operations of our real estate sales office, supporting the Branch Manager and ensuring smooth front-end and back-end operations. This role is crucial for the office's growth and success. Candidates should be proactive, organized, and adept at multitasking. Prior real estate experience is a plus but not required. Please note: This role is 100% in-office in our Windward office location in Kailua, HI. Key Responsibilities: - Staff Management: Interview, hire, train, and manage Branch Office Staff. Prepare schedules, approve timecards, and conduct performance reviews. - Transaction Management: Oversee administrative aspects of real estate transactions, ensuring all documents are complete and records are up-to-date. - Agent Support: Assist with agent recruiting, onboarding, and training on CB tools and systems.
