Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Assign tasks, monitor production goals, provide training for donation attendant associates; may direct community service workers and volunteers on a limited or as needed basis. 2. Receive, sort, process, hang and salvage donated goods according to established standards; provide donors with an appropriate donation receipt. 3.
