What You'll Be Doing: Operate heavy equipment—including loaders and excavators—for material staging, preprocessing, stockpile management, contamination control, and accurate customer truck loadout. Operate and monitor a jaw crusher, multi‑deck screens, cone crusher and conveyor systems. Plant startup/shutdown, adjusted crusher settings and feed rates, and maintain product quality through continuous material assessment and real‑time process adjustments. Perform routine and preventive maintenance on all plant equipment, including conveyor systems, screen media, cone liner, bearings, lubrication, Ensure safety and compliance by conducting pre‑operational inspections, participating in daily safety planning, and site procedures, and maintaining clean, organized work areas.
