Job Description H&S Manager: Location: ADM Szamotuły: ADM is looking for a highly skilled and experienced H&S Manager to join us. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement in Safety. As the H&S Manager, you will be responsible for: - Support management on H&S requirements. - Ensure compliance with H&S regulations. - Identify, coordinate, and deliver H&S training. - Support our team in risk assessment - Implement ADM’s H&S goals - Maintain emergency procedures - Manage compliance issues. - Ensure relevant H&S permits, certificates, and inspections are in place. - Cooperate with Environmental, QA, and Process Safety - Ensuring H&S support at EOL Polska. What we expect: A Master's degree or a post-graduate occupational H&S degree, minimum of five years of experience as the H&S Manager in the manufacturing sector. Fluent English skills.
