The Salvation Army Midland Division Shelter located in Jefferson City, Missouri, is looking for a Social Services Manager! This position is responsible for coordination and operation of the social service program, including both shelter and Emergency Assistance and Pathway of Hope services. This is a full-time, 40 hour a week position, exempt position $50,000 per year. 927 Jefferson St, Jefferson City, Missouri Administrative: - Recruit, screen, and train social service staff. - Provide direct supervision of social service staff; this includes but is not limited to providing educational opportunities for staff, staff training, and staff meetings. - Lead weekly Case Conference - Ensure program aligns with Salvation Army policies and procedures. - Provide oversight and support to Emergency Service Assistance - Network with other agencies and organizations within the community to maximize services to our clients. - Attend HUD required meetings - Ensure proper statistical reporting for social services - Oversee and train social service volunteers - Assist with program budget and development. - Responsible for managing department budget.
