Part -time LNA Program Manager (RN Supervisor)

Job description

SCOPE OF WORK: The RN Supervisor)is a position required by the NH Board of Nursing (BON) who is responsible for the oversight of the LNA training program related to confirming candidate eligibility, instructor recruitment and eligibility, clinical site evaluations and reviews, and Office of Professional Licensing and Certification (OPLC) communications. The RN Supervisor will collaborate with the Healthcare Program Delivery Manager to coordinate scheduling, partnership development, and curriculum adherence to NH BON regulations. This position will report to the MCC Director of Workforce Development. ACCOUNTABILITIES: - Recruits, interviews, and recommends candidates for BON instructor appointments to the Director of Workforce Development, - Hires, trains, and mentors instructors including the setting up of a review schedule for each instructor as required by the Board of Nursing. - Supervise and evaluate instructors. - Attends classes as necessary to assist instructors with online, laboratory, and clinical assessments, - Oversees department curriculum and program development; reviews and coordinates textbook selection, - Conducts clinical site assessment visits, reviews sites for c...
