Working as a Used Car Technician, you would spend the majority of your time diagnosing and repairing vehicles issues. The ideal candidate is going to be someone with prior automotive repair experience and preferably has certifications. Used Car Technician Job Responsibilities: Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment. Keep the shop area neat and clean. Communicate with the parts department to obtain needed parts. Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with the dealership.
