This Opportunity WSP is currently initiating a search for a Full-Time Resident Engineer for our Peoria, IL office. Be involved in projects with our Construction Management team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our clients' objectives and solves their challenges. The Resident Engineer will serve as the client’s on-site representative and primary point of contact during construction. A key requirement of this role is direct, hands-on experience overseeing the construction of at least one CSO storage tank or comparable large-scale underground wastewater storage facility. The Resident Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that complex CSO tank construction activities—including deep excavation, rock support, large structural concrete placements, pumping systems, and integrated mechanical, electrical, and controls systems—are executed safely, in full compliance with contract documents and regulatory requirements.
