Oversees the Audit clerks perform the hotel and casino’s daily revenue audits, in accordance with established procedures. Oversee the daily operations of ordering all BWRC office and clerical supplies, food provisions and goods. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for processing and entering purchase orders into INTACCT system for approval as required. Issue purchase orders for approved requests through accounting software. Places orders through approved sponsored/licensed vendors Must adhere to company policies and procedures on Purchasing and Procurement practices. Operates and reviews the Slot Accounting system reports. Reviews all entries made by Audit clerks on Slot, Cage, and Table Games spreadsheets. Input daily information into the financial accounting system on a monthly basis in preparation of financial reports.
