What’s the role? As a results-oriented sales leader, you’ll empower a team of Lenders to thrive as passionate advocates for our customers. Working in the competitive lending space, you’ll be accountable for hitting lending sales goals, rolling out business development plans, and bringing out the best in your lenders – so that they can provide the best customer experience for every customer they help. Your leadership and support will empower your team to succeed. By modelling strong interpersonal and professional skills, you’ll set the standard for delivering outstanding service to our customers. This position is offered as a 12-month max-term contract.
