Position Summary: NiCE is seeking a strategic, proactive, and results-driven Director, Business Operations – You will play a critical role in structuring the GTM for the Americas sales team, and in providing insights to executive leadership through data analysis of team performance and existing processes. This leader will play a pivotal role in translating regional business strategy into actionable plans, aligning cross-functional efforts, and driving operational excellence across a high-performing and fast-paced organization. As a member of the Americas Business Operations leadership team, you will lead end-to-end go-to-market planning and operational execution across the region. This includes ownership of annual planning, forecast cadence, business reviews, and QBRs—ensuring strategic alignment and accountability across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, HR, and Enablement.
