Job Description JOB SUMMARY: Inspects, documents, and maintains construction site records. Reviews construction plans. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Five (5) years of experience related to municipal construction working concrete, asphalt, soils, or a closely related field; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience substituted on a year-by-year basis. A valid Driver’s License accepted by the State of Utah is required at the time of hire. A valid Driver’s License issued by the State of Utah must be obtained within six (6) months of hire to operate a County vehicle. Must obtain a valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) or obtain within six (6) months of hire date. Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) certification within the first year of hire date. Due to the nature of this position, the successful applicant must pass a required background check through fingerprinting and enrollment in the continuous RAP Back (Record of Arrest and Prosecution Back) program in accordance with current County Human Resources policy requirements.
