Description Position Summary: The Vice President of Real Estate Development and Asset Management is a senior-level leader responsible for overseeing RAUNY's real estate projects, facilities management, and procurement strategies. This role involves collaborating with organizational leadership to ensure that all real estate, facility, and procurement initiatives align with RAUNY’s business goals. The incumbent will manage the organization’s real estate portfolio, lead strategic planning for facility development, and oversee procurement processes to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance.
