Job Description Summary: Reports into: Senior Director, Design & Packaging The Design Director plays a crucial role in the Design Team and the larger IMX team. A successful individual in this role will be innovative, collaborative , and adept in maintaining consistent design across multiple project scopes while being comfortable in having conversations with stakeholders both globally, regionally, and in markets . We are seeking the perfect blend of high-level strategic and creative thinking, combined with proven ‘hands-on’ design execution skills as well as a strong track record of design leadership, communication and multidisciplinary team collaboration.
