We Make Life More Rewarding and Dignified Location : Winnersh: Department : Marketing The Global Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive profitable global growth for the Continence Care (CC) portfolio. This role leads the creation of global brand and marketing plans and ensures the successful commercialization of new products in alignment with the broader CC business strategy. The position requires strong cross-functional collaboration with regional business units, R&D, Operations, Clinical Research, Manufacturing, Health Economics, Insights & Analytics, and Clinical Education to ensure market-driven decision making. A central focus of the role is converting customer and clinical insights into compelling product positioning, launch strategies, and ongoing commercial excellence to support sustainable global revenue and margin growth.
