Position Overview: The Analyst for DIU’s Business Intelligence and Due Diligence team plays a critical role in safeguarding the DIU’s brand integrity, compliance, and strategic positioning. This position is tailored for an ambitious professional with a foundational experience in all source analysis, open-source intelligence (OSINT), corporate investigations, and national security risk management. The successful candidate will conduct thorough investigative research, analyze complex corporate structures, and assess risks related to Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence (FOCI), Acquisition Security, and Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) standards.
