Job description
The Connections and Community Lead will act as the strategic and operational driver in advancing community and connection initiatives that enhance the employee experience within our community at Squarespace. Reporting to the Manager of Workplace Experience, this role will provide vital opportunities for all Squarespace employees at all levels to connect, network, and educate others about their unique cultures and experiences. You will partner with the internal People team to build, enhance, and realize programs that support an inclusive and welcoming workplace environment for Squarespace employees worldwide. You’ll Get To…: - Own, manage, and enhance existing Inclusion programs, including partnering and program managing the activities of Squarespace’s 7 Employee Resource Groups (ERG). You will act as the strategic advisor and empower Chairs to build sustainable, high trust global community ecosystems. - Designs and facilitates an intentional two-way process between ERGs and the People Team, communicating employee insights and actionable recommendations and sharing the outcomes of these recommendations back to the community. - Design and implement streamlined processes, tools, and t...
