As a Leisure & Lifestyle Coordinator (also known as Diversional therapist / Recreational coordinator) you will lead the development of exceptional lifestyle programs to promote wellbeing and foster a vibrant community atmosphere. Our commitment is to listen to each resident, understand who each person is - a unique individual who we respect and treat with kindness and compassion. You will aspire to provide mentorship to Lifestyle Assistants and support them in the requirements of their role to maintain smooth daily running of the program.
