ABOUT THE ROLE: The Production Team Lead is responsible for overseeing daily production activities while working hands-on alongside the crew to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety. This role coordinates closely with supervisors and quality teams to meet production schedules and maintain high standards. The Team Lead also drives team performance by assigning tasks, solving problems, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. SAFETY IS OUR HIGHEST PRIORITY.
