This position offers a unique blend of professional purpose and spiritual commitment, allowing you to serve youth of all ages while actively living out your faith – through prayer, mentorship, and community engagement. The primary responsibility of the Case Manager at Black Mountain Home for Children is to provide case management services for up to 15 youth of all ages and genders by working with the team leader to oversee the provision of case management services to assigned youth. Duties include but are not limited to the following: - Maintain a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and be a strong Christian witness in all interactions with youth, staff, donors, volunteers, and the public to uphold Black Mountain Home's mission of Glorifying God by caring for children, youth, and families - Commit to pray regularly for youth, staff, and the ministry - Oversee youth admissions, in-care social services, and discharges - Maintain compliance with licensing and accreditation sta...
