The Fulfillment Supervisor provides frontline leadership and operational oversight for shift-level fulfillment activities at the Green Pointe facility. This role is accountable for the execution of picking, packing, shipping, and order accuracy performance across a multi-brand distribution environment. As an exempt leader, this position exercises independent judgment in workforce deployment, performance management, and operational decision-making to ensure service level attainment, labor optimization, and compliance adherence. The Fulfillment Supervisor directly supports the Sr. Manager, Green Pointe Operations in driving throughput, workforce engagement, and execution excellence.
