This individual will be responsible for managing team performance, driving accountability, and executing strategic initiatives that support revenue growth across multiple service lines. The role blends hands-on team leadership with direct input into go-to-market strategy, making it well suited for a high-performing sales manager ready to take the next step in their career. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has been successful leading a sales team and is looking to step into their first director-level role; someone who is ready to move from purely tactical execution toward shaping the broader sales organization.
