Location: Birmingham About the role: Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) is a key sales channel for BT, contributing almost £2 billion a year in revenue and serving 1m+ SME customers in the UK. It’s an exciting period of growth for SME and this role will support the delivery of our ambitious transformation plans and goals. This is a high performing area, with year-on-year growth of over 250% in performance. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales agents to achieve and exceed their targets.
