Location: UHealth Tower: The Patient Transporter (U) is responsible for safely, timely, and accurately transporting patients while providing the utmost positive experience. Provides the pivotal first and most lasting impressions while setting the tone that the key concept of patient transportation is the human element. This position reports to the Office of Patient Experience and is held to the highest standards of being friendly, empathic, knowledgeable, well-spoken, bilingual, and continuously consumer-oriented. The Patient Transporter harmonizes the patient transportation experience while working seamlessly with UHealth Tower staff to reduce unnecessary delays to help drive patient satisfaction.
