Barnes Aerospace has an exciting career opportunity for an experienced communications professional to serve in the newly created role of Director, Marketing & Communications . This individual will lead and manage high impact internal and external messaging, emphasizing the company’s strategic direction, key initiatives and increased visibility for employees, customers, and other stakeholders. This role will be a trusted partner in the business working with the extended leadership team working closely with our Chief Executive Officer on executive communications to ensure consistency of messaging to our employees to promote a high-performance, one team, one company culture.
