Podcast Social Media Producer

Job description

As a Podcast Social Media Producer you will create and deploy social content for multiple shows in our network. You will develop short-form video clips, motion graphic promos, still assets and platform-tailored content. You will work closely with podcast producers, hosts, and the podcast marketing team to reflect each show’s distinct audience and aesthetic. What You'll Do: - Develop and produce engaging social content for each show in the podcast slate — including video cut-downs of episodes, motion graphic promos, image assets, GIFs, stories/reels, caption copy, and platform-specific variants. - Collaborate with show producers and hosts to identify compelling moments in episodes that translate into short-form social pieces; craft the storytelling arc for each clip. - Optimize content for platform performance (length, format, captioning, hashtags, thumbnails, CTAs) and stay current with algorithm changes and emerging formats. - Track performance metrics (views, reach, engagement, follower growth, click-throughs to episode/subscribe) and feed insights back into creative strategy. - Maintain an archive of assets and templates, and iterate efficiency in production workflows (templates...
