About the role: The primary responsibility of the Partner Manager (AI Boutiques) is to build and develop our ecosystem of AI-native boutiques, specialist SIs and consultancies. The Anthropic Alliances team's function is to extend and accelerate adoption of Claude and its developer platform by recruiting and developing a portfolio of consulting, services, technology and selling partners. This role focuses on partners who are building Claude-first practices—typically smaller, more agile firms with deep AI implementation expertise. These partners deliver proof points, train the talent pool, and drive adoption velocity in the mid-market to complement our developing GSI relationships.
