Job Summary: Responsibilities & Qualifications: DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Oversees office services during construction for the client that will be performed from an on-site field office. - Provides technical reviews of the project deliverables. - Trouble-shoots design issues that arise during construction. - Proactively manages Client expectations and assuring client satisfaction related to project. - Perform on-site field visits with clients and contractors as needed to resolve field conflicts. - Attend on-site weekly construction meetings. - Mentoring of junior technical staff as required. - Responsible for project quality.
