Job Description: The Simulation and Clinical Lab Education Educator's primary role involves overseeing the planning, execution, assessment, and improvement of simulation and clinical lab experiences based on evidence-based practice guidelines, course objectives, and curriculum standards. The educator will create a lab environment that replicates real clinical settings, promoting active learning, critical thinking, effective communication, and the development of the skills and confidence needed to deliver safe patient care. Examples of Duties: - Collaborate with the Director of the Center for Clinical Education and Research (CCER) to drive ongoing quality enhancement across clinical lab and simulation activities. - Establish annual goals and objectives for clinical lab and simulation development in alignment with the Manning College of Nursing and Health Sciences (MCNHS) undergraduate and graduate programs. - Integrate competency standards into the clinical lab and simulation curriculum to align with national entry-level nursing practice criteria. - Develop, assess, and update the CCER Clinical Policy and Procedures Manual to ensure safety, efficiency, uniformity, and effectiveness...
