Job Description: Senior Financial Accountant Key Areas of Responsibility: 1. Vendor/Employee Master Data & Payment Process Vendor Master Data Management: Overseeing the accuracy and maintenance of vendor master records within the SAP system. Payment Control: Verifying the formal and substantive completeness of documents in accordance with Group requirements prior to disbursement. Payment Processing: Preparing, entering, and executing outgoing payments (Prepare & run outgoing payments). Bank Monitoring: Real-time tracking of bank balances and timely posting of bank statements. 2. Accounts Receivable (AR) & Revenue Invoicing & Monitoring: Issuing sales invoices via SAP and KSeF (National e-Invoicing System) and ongoing balance monitoring. Aging Analysis: Performing regular AR aging analysis to minimize the risk of payment bottlenecks. Revenue Management: Accounting for accrued revenue and ensuring correct period allocation. Compliance: Preparing AR documentation for Internal Control Self-Assessment (ICSA) purposes. 3.
