About the Role: The Senior Accountant role applies principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles by performing specific duties detailed below. What you’ll do: - Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles in a timely and efficient manner. - Create and post journal transactions to the general ledger ensuring proper accounting. - Analyzes financial information, profit and loss statements, and other reports to summarize and interpret current and projected company financial positions. - Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations for various accounts.
