Job Description Role: Scrum Master- Lead: Location: Mexico, Canada- support full EST hours Duration: 6 months: Pay Rate: CAD 35-40/hr. Traditional scrum leads (certified), familiar with tools (Jira or ADO), engineering teams focused for implementation transformation. sAFe training or experience would be a plus. Strong communications needed for a typical scrum lead. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming. - Work closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to drive Agile implementation and transformation initiatives. - Remove impediments and support teams in achieving sprint and project goals. - Partner with Product Owners, stakeholders, and development teams to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables. - Track sprint progress, team velocity, risks, and dependencies using Agile management tools. - Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement across teams. - Support release planning and ensure timely delivery of projects. - Drive effective communication between business, technical teams, and leadership.
